We're looking for C embedded developers with Networking experience  to join one of our three new projects which combine both embedded world and cloud services for IoT solutions.

Our projects:

  • Implementation of new LwM2M networking stack and new features development for connectivity modules working under RTOS. Your code will be used in milions of connected devices globally. You’ll work in resource constrained environment with technologies such as LwM2M, TLS, WolfSSL, ThreadX, etc and network protocols like TCP, CoAP
  • Integration of smart Mesh system with RDK platform and development of new applications for Embedded Linux and broadband modules using C language. You’ll be working with open platforms and technologies such as RDK, OpenWRT, PRPL, OpenSync, Open vSwitch
  • OpenWRT development on home gateway program using C, Python, embeddedWRT and RDK

Regardless of the project:

  • You'll be working with SCM tools
  • You'll also be responsible for reviewing existing code and troubleshooting
  • You'll also need to be in contact with the product team to establish mutual and precise understanding of the requirements

Requirements:

  • Mid or Senior experience (~4 years+) with embedded C
  • Experience developing under Linux and/or RTOS
  • Hands on experience with network protocols like TCP, CoAP, etc.
  • Knowledge of SSH, serialconsole, syslog
  • Good command of English
  • Consultant mindset – we are a tech consulting company
  • Willingness to learn and develop in other tech areas, especially C++

Nice to have:

  • Experience with TLS, WolfSSL
  • Experience with LwM2M
  • Experience working with resource constrained devices including debugging with JTAG
  • Familiarity with RDK (Video or Broadband technologies)
  • C++

Our Recruitment Process

Once you submit your CV, we'll send you a short online form asking you to confirm a couple of things. This will then go directly to the Hiring Manager review. We'll often do a short first stage telephone interview to find out more about you and to check that the role would be a good fit for your requirements.

Then, if you progress to interview stage, we'll try to cover off everything we can in one Teams sitting, to make the process quicker for you - which means our interviews can be slightly longer than average.
